About the Role
Are you ready for a challenging role as DevOps engineer? DI Blue is looking for a dedicated professional who will help accelerate the software development processes and make them more reliable. You play a crucial role as DevOps engineer in our company's success by acting as "bridge builder" between developers (devs) and system administrators (ops) by managing and keeping software operational. You do this in close alignment with business objectives.
The DevOps engineer at DI Blue is agile enough to manage operations additionally to the performance of technical tasks. Together with the development team, you ensure the continuous delivery of software products and streamline our development and implementation processes through task automation, reducing development time and ensuring reliability and stability. Additionally, you possess the technical skills to review, verify, and validate the developed project softwarecode.
Your core responsibilities
Understanding customer requirements and project KPIs;
Designing, implementing, and maintaining our DevOps pipelines and tools;
Managing and monitoring system resources and network resources and evolving automation processes;
Documenting and maintaining infrastructure and configuration.
Planning team structure, team activities, and involvement in projectmanagement activities.
Ensuring smooth collaboration between development teams and operational teams, removing obstacles, and promoting best practices.
Troubleshooting and resolving operational issues.
Selecting and implementing suitable CI/CD tools (Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment) and striving for continuous integration, continuous improvement, and a continuous deployment pipeline (CI/CD pipeline).
Who you are
A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Experience as a DevOps Engineer or similar and knowledge of DevOps tools and practices.
Experience with cloud platforms and programming languages such as Python.
Strong problem-solving skills, detail-oriented, excellent communication skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively.

Als DevOps engineer ben je cruciaal als het gaat om het succes van ons bedrijf, omdat je in de rol van ''bruggenbrouwer'' tussen de ontwikkelaars (devs) en de systeembeheerders (ops) software beheert en operationeel houdt. Als DevOps engineer bij DI Blue ben je wendbaar genoeg om naar jouw technische rol, ook operaties te beheren. Je zorgt samen met het ontwikkelteam voor de continue levering van softwareproducten en stroomlijnt onze ontwikkelings- en implementatieprocessen door automatisering van taken, om zo de ontwikkeltijd te verkorten en de betrouwbaarheid en stabiliteit te kunnen garanderen. Daarnaast beschik je over de technische vaardigheden om de softwarecode die in het project is ontwikkeld te beoordelen, verifiëren en valideren.
Jouw kernverantwoordelijkheden zijn:
Het begrijpen van klantvereisten en project KPI's;
Ontwerpen, implementeren en onderhouden van onze DevOps pijplijnen en tools;
Automatiseren van automatiseringsprocessen en het beheren en moniteren van systeem- en netwerkbronnen;
Documenteren en onderhouden van de infrastructuur en configuratie;
Plannen van de teamstructuur, teamactiviteiten en betrokkenheid bij projectmanagementactiviteiten;
Zorgen voor een soepele samenwerking tussen ontwikkelingsteams en operationele teams, het wegnemen van obstakels en het bevorderen van best-practices;
Troubleshooting en het oplossen van operationele problemen;
Selecteren en implementeren van geschikte CI/CD-tools (Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment) en het streven naar continue integratie, continue verbetering en een continue implementatiepijnlijn (CI/CD-pijplijn);
Wat breng jij mee:
Een Bachelor's degree in Informatica, Informatietechnologie of aanverwant
Ervaring als DevOps Engineer of vergelijkbaar en kennis van DevOps-tools en -praktijken;
Ervaring met cloudplatforms en met programmeertalen zoals Python;
Een sterk probleemoplossend vermogen, detailgerichtheid, uitstekende communicatieve vaardigheden en het vermogen om effectief samen te werken in een collaboratieve werkcultuur.
