About the Role
DI Blue wants to develop its organisational growth! Therefore, we could use new Blue'ers so we can continue to onboard new clients and to assist our existing ones even better!
As a Senior Technical Developer within our Liberty Create (low-code) development team you will contribute to both back-end development and front-end interfaces. You will be well supported by other developers, designers, testers and the head of technology (CTO).
In this role you will keep yourself updated with the latest technologies, trends and system improvements. Your workdays will involve a variety of tasks and responsibilities, including:
Taking ownership of complex development tasks within projects and ensuring their succesful development and timely completion;
Utilizing advanced problem-solving skills and technical expertise to overcome obstacles and delivering of high-quality solutions;
Providing leadership and guidance to coach, motivate, and develop junior team members.
Fostering a culture of continuous improvement across all aspects of technology and the software development process.
Ensuring compliance with quality and security standards: Ensuring compliance to the requirements of ISO9001, ISO27001, PCI-DSS by the development team, and any future quality or security accreditations held by our software development partner Netcall (Liberty Create).

Requirements:
A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or a related field;
Experience in succesfully delivering large-scale and complex development projects in a lead/senior development position;
Having a proven trackrecord of working effectively within a multidisciplinary team, including projectmanagers, product owners, developers/engineers, and QA/test resources.
You demonstrate a keen interest in new frameworks, libraries, and technologies, and their potential applications;
Experience in stakeholder management and conflict resolution
Strong prioritisation and timemanagement skills
Taking responsibility for your own professional growth and learning path
Desired: experience of Git, Gulp, Vue and the Linux command line; experience of scalable cloud-based architectures and knowledge of security coding techniques (PA-DSS, PCI-DSS and ISO27001)

Maakt gebruik van geavanceerde probleemoplossende vaardigheden en technische expertise om obstakels te overwinnen en oplossingen van hoge kwaliteit te leveren;
Verkent nieuwe frameworks, libraries en technieken en de toepassing ervan;
Toont leiderschap en biedt begeleiding aan om junior teamleden door deze te coachen en motiveren.
Bevordert een continue verbetercultuur in alle aspecten van technologie en het softwareontwikkelingsproces.

Wat breng jij mee?
Een Bacheloropleiding in Computerwetenschappen, Software engineering of gerelateerd;
Ruime ervaring in het succesvol leiden van grootschalige en complexe ontwikkelingsprojecten als Lead of Senior Developer;
Uitstekende vaardigheden in stakeholdermanagement en conflicthantering;
Vermogen om taken effectief te prioriteren en strakke deadlines te halen;
Gewenst: ervaring met Git, Gulp, Vue en Linux; ervaring met schaalbare Cloud gebaseerde architecturen en kennis van coderingstechnieken voor beveiliging (PA-DSS, PCI-DSS en ISO27001).
