As a Lead within our Liberty Create (low-code) development team, you will be involved in both back-end development and front-end interfaces. You will receive strong support from other developers, designers, and the CTO. What else will you do on a daily basis? You will:
- Be responsible for the successful development and timely completion of complex development projects, effectively collaborating in a multidisciplinary team of project managers, product owners, software, and QA engineers;
- Utilize advanced problem-solving skills and technical expertise to overcome obstacles and deliver high-quality solutions;
- Explore new frameworks, libraries, and techniques and their application;
- Demonstrate leadership and provide guidance by coaching and motivating junior team members;
- Promote a culture of continuous improvement in all aspects of technology and the software development process;
- Ensure compliance with quality and security standards such as ISO9001, ISO27001, PCI-DSS, and any future quality or security accreditations from our software development partner Netcall (Liberty Create).

What You Bring:
- A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field;
- Extensive experience in successfully leading large-scale and complex development projects as a Lead or Senior Developer;
- Excellent skills in stakeholder management and conflict resolution;
- Ability to effectively prioritize tasks and meet tight deadlines;
- Desired: experience with Git, Gulp, Vue, and Linux; experience with scalable cloud-based architectures and knowledge of coding techniques for security (PA-DSS, PCI-DSS, and ISO27001).
